The True North County-wide Art show took place in the end of April. GHS had a great showing, approximately 300 pieces of art. They took home 19 ribbons. Outstanding Seniors are the white ribbons and receiving them: Jenn Coles, Krinstina Ledezma, Jacky Dekorne, Joslyn Breuker, Tiffany VanDyke, Jake Newton and Mario Ochoa. Honorable Mention for individual pieces are the yellow ribbons and receiving them: Kevin Deschaine, Olivia Miller, Lauren Railling, Katie Lacy, and Madison Penwell. Scholarship Awards for portfolios and winning $125 for art classes and/or supplies are the blue ribbons and receiving them: Tessa Geitzen, Sarah Doane, Paige Tibbe, and Lexie Thorne. Outstanding Recognition for portfolios are the red ribbons and receiving them: Ana Cousineau, Monica Bisson, and Sarah Atkins. Congratulations to everyone who had artwork in the show.
